The algorithm can only start matching you against jobs when you have a complete profile. There are 5 segments on the left panel after you login: “About You”, “Your Search”, “Your Skills”, “Your Workstyle”, “Your Experience”. Once you complete these segments, the algorithm will work its magic and start matching you to suitable roles!

Add a profile picture

Add a profile picture to your profile details to get additional attention of recruiters on your profile. The more professional, the better!

Recommended size for your profile picture is: 500 x 500 px.
